After leaving school, and with a love for children, I qualified and worked as both a nursery nurse and nanny in Brighton, Courchevel, Maryland and Aylesbury. After taking a career break to travel the world my career took a different direction through my love of all things health and fitness. In 2001 I qualified as a gym instructor and started my first gym consultant role at Reflexions and by 2003 I was working in Central London as a Health Club Manager and Personal Trainer at 44 Portland Place. I loved the hustle and bustle of working in a busy city gym, however in 2010 I had a beautiful baby girl and it became necessary for me to bring my job closer to home. An opportunity arose again at my home club and at the beginning of 2012 a return was made to Reflexions as Club Manager with further qualifications under my belt. I will always have a huge amount of love and appreciation for what the club has offered me and how it has enabled me to grow. My adorable baby boy was also born in 2013. In between school runs, toddler groups, managing the gym, personal training, pre school runs, teaching bootcamps and classes and my own fitness training I also qualified as a fitness instructor for children. Something that always felt like my natural path, connecting the fun from children to the passion I have for fitness.
As a parent I understand how time can be a barrier to exercise so I try to be as flexible as possible with personal training sessions offering sessions at home and at Reflexions during the daytime and evening. I offer a range of price plans to suit which I'm sure you will find extremely competitive.
I love training and will either run, spin, lift weights, interval train or attend classes at least five times per week. I eat a vegan diet and am always mindful of what my body needs to function at its absolute best.
If I can help share with both adults and children what I have learned in all my training and practice and motivate you to become that healthy person that you have always wanted to be, then I can rest fulfilled and satisfied in my job.
I specialise in one-to-one training and have worked with a variety of people including actresses, dancers, sports players, go referral patients, seniors, juniors, pre and post natal clients, those seeking activity to improve mental health, people tackling obesity and others seeking weight/muscle gain. I love the diversity of the people that come to me and will always have a programme, solution and nutrition plan to help you to reach your goal.
